Final price and availability are only guaranteed once the airline confirms and issues your ticket.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraveloGoal is not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes
• Denied boarding, baggage loss/delay, or in-flight service issues
• Strikes, weather events, political unrest, pandemics, or any force majeure events
• Errors in visa, passport, health, or entry requirements (you are solely responsible for having valid documents)
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (lost wages, hotel costs, missed connections, etc.)

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the service fee we charged you (never the ticket price itself).
